Upload Pages Metadata

Pages Metadata contains captured information about your application's pages — including screenshots, DOM snapshots, and interaction data. This metadata is generated using the CaseRunner Recorder.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a pages metadata archive (.zip file) generated by the CaseRunner Recorder.
  • See the CaseRunner Recorder section for instructions on recording your application.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Pages Metadata tab in your project.
  2. Upload the metadata archive by either:
    • Dragging and dropping the .zip file onto the upload area
    • Clicking "Select Files" to browse and choose the file
  3. Wait for the upload and processing to complete.

Use an archive produced by the CaseRunner Recording Tool. The platform will process the archive and extract page information automatically.

After Upload

Once processing is complete, you will see the uploaded pages listed with their metadata. You can:

  • Review the captured pages
  • Select which pages to include when generating Page Object Models
