Upload BRD

A Business Requirements Document (BRD) describes the features and requirements of your application. CaseRunner uses the BRD to extract testable features.

Steps

  1. Open your project and navigate to the BRDs tab.
  2. Upload your BRD file by either:
    • Dragging and dropping the file onto the upload area
    • Clicking "Select Files" to browse and choose the file
  3. Wait for the upload and processing to complete.

Info

CaseRunner will process your BRD to extract its content and prepare it for feature extraction. This may take a few moments depending on the document size.

Supported Formats

BRD files can be uploaded in common document formats. The platform will convert and process them automatically.

After Upload

Once your BRD has been processed successfully, you can:

  • View the BRD content in the built-in editor
  • Edit or annotate the processed markdown if needed
  • Proceed to Generate Features
